Holding Space
A class made for birth workers to not only come together in a supportive community field, but also to learn how to better hold space for clients, peers, family, and self.

We're taught early on that we should "hold space"; but what does that exactly mean to the nervous system and how do you do it without tiring out your own energy.

Included
* Printed Manual
* Gift Bag with items to create a sacred container
* Lunch
* Intro Craniosacral Session to be scheduled at your convivence after the class. ($215 value)

Info
* February 11th and 12th from 10am to ~3:30pm
*If I'm at a Birth: ability to transfer fee towards this or other classes or towards craniosacral sessions
* 6 Spots Available
* 4 participants needed to hold the class

Tethered Oral Tissue Community Care

Picture
This TOT Community Care Class is a way to access both infant Craniosacral Therapy and community support. We'll meet as a group, going around to each postpartum person and baby unit to allow each dyad to receive hands on care, ask questions, and learn as a community the newborn techniques and resources surrounding Tethered Oral Tissue care.
There's no better way to learn the things you didn't know you didn't know than meeting in a community group and witnessing other's experiences.

** Next class to be held in January. Please reach out if interested **
