"Since having my first daughter at my home in Colorado in 2014 my world has been expanded into the beauty of supporting birthing people and their families. My partner and I had an amazing orgasmic birth with our second daughter in 2018, and an incredibly fast birth of our third daughter at the end of 2019. Each journey has allowed me to experience differences in what I needed for support. Which ultimately lead me to Craniosacral Therapy.
My family and I currently live on a seven acre farm with Patapsco Park as our backyard. We raise chickens, garden, and try to live as supported by nature as possible. I use this grounded, natural energy to support my clients through their pregnancy, birth, and healing postpartum. Craniosacral Therapy has changed my family for the better - it has improved my oldest's speech, made breastfeeding possible, and healed my sacral pain I've had since I was a teenager. It is a truly transformative modality that I am honored to add to my repertoire to support my clients and their families.
