With over a decade of experience as a birthworker—and advanced training in midwifery, craniosacral therapy, and functional health coaching—I bring more than comfort.

I bring clarity, grounded presence, and a deep capacity to hold space.
I carry both an intellectual understanding of birth and a spiritual reverence for it—creating an environment that honors both.

Most families I meet during interviews choose to hire me.
It’s not because I check every box—it’s because they feel the resonance.
The relief. The sense that they can exhale and be fully themselves.

I’m not going to lie: most women cry during our consults.
Not because it’s heavy, but because it’s true.

We get to the heart of what’s been hidden
—the hopes, the fears, the whispered thoughts they weren’t sure could be spoken aloud.
And we bring them into the light.

That matters—because your body needs to enter theta brainwave states to allow the neurochemistry of birth to unfold.
And theta requires calm. Surrender. Safety. Love. Support.

The thoughts we hide often hold birth back. So we start there—opening the channel that brings your baby earthside.

My role is to support your body, your choices, and your process--
from pregnancy through birth and into postpartum healing.

Whether it’s physical, emotional, educational, nutritional, lactation-related, or even sleep--you’ll receive consistent, integrated care from someone who knows how to walk beside you.

Birth Doula Package

🤰 Prenatal Support
  • First Visit (~34 Weeks):
    • Birth Options & Preferences worksheet
    • Education to create a Printed Visual Birth Plan
  • Second Visit (~36 Weeks):
    • Expectations for labor and birth
    • Comfort measures + optimal fetal positioning
  • TENS Unit rental + instructions
  • Two in-office 90-minute Craniosacral Therapy sessions
    • Supports nervous system regulation and deepens bonding with baby
  • Phone + email support from contract signing
  • On-call availability from 37–42 weeks

🌀 Birth Support
  • Continuous emotional + physical support throughout labor
  • Craniosacral Therapy during labor and for baby immediately after birth (as appropriate)
  • Nursing guidance + immediate postpartum support (~2 hours after birth)

🕊️ Postpartum Support
  • Day 3 In-Home Visit (3–4 hours):
    • Feeding support + troubleshooting
    • In-home Craniosacral Dyad Session (parent + baby)
  • ~Two-Week In-Home Visit (~2 hours):
    • Birth processing, emotional support, Q&A
    • In-home Baby Craniosacral Therapy session
    • Referrals + follow-up guidance as needed
